• Evangelism Roundtable V: Imagination and the Gospel
  April 23-26, 2008
  

  You are invited to the Billy Graham and Wade Center Evangelism Roundtable V, Imagination and the Gospel: Harnessing the Imagination to Engage Contemporary Culture and Communicate the Life-Changing Gospel. All events are at the Billy Graham Center, Wheaton College. Registration fee is $150 before February 1st, $200 after that. Sessions include:

  - How does the Gospel address the deeply felt need in our culture for reenchating the world?
  - Why have North American fundamentalism ignored, distrusted or attacked the imagination?
  - How do we use story and myth in popular culture to communicate the Gospel?
  - How did C.S. Lewis and the Inklings integrate reason and the imagination in their gospel communication?
  - How have African American preaching traditions made use of imagination in Gospel preaching?
  
  Featured Speakers: Lon Allison, Craig Detweiler, George Hunter, Trevor Hart, John Marks, Chris Mitchell, Rick Richardson, Read Schuchardt, Robert Smith, Kevin Vanhoozer, and Ralph Wood.
